She made a very complicated process easy to understand and still covered every aspect of the process thoroughly. Jeanne was amazing at helping me to set the house up for sale what I absolutely needed to do to prepare and what was not necessary to do. She made sure to keep in very close contact sometimes three or four times a day. She also treated every question I had as a urgent matter and one that needed a quick response. There were never any stupid questions under her watch especially since this was the first time I had sold property. I really loved the letters she had each offer write as that gave me some insight into who wanted to buy my precious home. The most amazing part was when she went back to the first choice and asked them to make an adjustment that would expedite the sale of the property and they agreed. I have already forward her contact information to at least three friends and will continue to do so as the opportunity arises. My home was sold in less that 7 days from posting and over the asking price. Jeanne will forever be a special part of my family.
